Martina, with a decade of expertise in human behaviour, online therapy, and consulting, excels in managing and motivating large teams across diverse industries. Proficient in overseeing end-to-end operations, she possesses strong communication, leadership, operational transformation, and financial planning skills.

Leigh has worked in the service industry for over 20 years, finding her passion for learning and development along the way. She has facilitated training sessions, both face-to-face and online modules, with a focus on customer service and in-house compliance training.
She is a firm believer in the phrase ‘knowledge is power’ which is why she loves to help others achieve their goals through education and support.
Vanessa brings more than 20 years of experience in Brand and Marketing, Media Advertising, Business Development and Operations, including the coordination of new system integration, risk management, quality control, training and auditing whilst managing business performance to drive the business with targets/ goals and expansion.
Vanessa has excellent communications and maintains good relationships at all levels, with a focus on building stronger and healthier business partnerships.
Kylie brings more than 20 years‘ experience in office administration, including 8 years spent working for not-for-profit Aged Care and Disability organisations. Passionate about providing excellent customer service, Kylie’s organisation skills and keen eye for detail, combined with the drive to get things done has previously resulted in her being awarded Employee of the Year.
With a love of helping others, Kylie enjoys working in an EA capacity in this sector where she is contributing to helping vulnerable members of the community.
